Each week the students are assigned a word wall project which are to include the current week's word wall words. These projects provide each student with an opportunity to practice using the week's word wall words in a creative open ended assignment

We had a great Valentine's Day!
Each student in our class made Valentine's Day cards for all their classmates. Here are two links: one preparing our cards and the other of Valentine's Day itself.
We want to make sure that Derek is able to see these pictures!

 

Super Us!
After reading the book Stuart's Cape Mr. Burton's class decided write our own cape stories. We practiced our writing skills and then each painted a a picture to accompany our story. The link below will take you to our paintings. You will also hear each student reading their accompanying story.
